I got a double invoice, it is weird. Could someone explain this?

You can check your invoice details in your Mijn NS account, via ‘Betalingsoverzicht’. If that doesn't give an explanation, please contact our Customer Service. They can be reached by phone, Social Media and chat. On this page you'll find all their contact details.


This widget is broken. It often shows incorrect season ticket costs, especially in the months after a change of season ticket. Ignore it, the invoices will be correct and the right amount will be withdrawn from your bank account.
