안녕하세요, NS Flex를 활성화하기 위해 사진이 있는 새 OV 칩 카드를 주문하려고 하는 동안 " Cardstatus가 유효하지 않습니다. 이 OV 칩 카드는 flex(E100)에 사용할 수 없습니다 "라는 문제가 있습니다 . 한 단어로 이름을 변경하기 위해 읽었지만 문제가 해결되지 않았습니다. 또한이 오류는 새 카드를 주문 하기 때문에 의미 가 없습니다!

 

어제 전화로 연락 했는데 " 내일 해보세요 "라고 하셨습니다. 그래서 오늘 시도했지만 아무것도 바뀌지 않았습니다. 다시 전화를 드렸더니 " OV카드 홈페이지  https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/home.htm#/ 에서 카드를 주문하세요 " 였습니다. 해당 웹사이트에서 카드를 주문하면 7.5유로를 지불해야 하는데 NS에서 주문하면 지불할 필요가 없습니다!

페이스북으로도 연락을 드렸는데 답변이 없으시네요.

I am not familiar with Korean, but Google Translate helps a lot. I hope you don't mind me answering in English.

There has been a small change in our system which can cause this message. Just to be sure, could you log into your Mijn NS account and check if there is a date of birth associated with your account? If there is none, then it’ll prevent you from ordering a new OV-chipkaart (which is a known issue we are working on). In that case, you should be able to correct it yourself and order your card.

If not, it's best to await the reply from my colleagues on Facebook.
