 wanted to buy a bundle for my OV card but when I am trying to do so in part with my card number it says error MV, what can I do? How do I fix it?

Try typing the card number manually instead of selecting it from your cards.

If that doesn't work, see https://www.ns.nl/en/mijnns#/persoonsgegevens and make sure your personal data is complete, especially your birthday.

Phone number may be 0100000000 and mobile number may be empty.

This error is related to the OV-chipkaart you are using. Maybe caused by travel products loaded onto the card (in the past).

My advice is to use a different card or choose to have a new one sent to you.
