My profile indicates that I have an expenditure of 38.35 EUR in season ticket costs this month. However, I did not take the train, and I canceled my subscription on July. So I do not understand where is this coming from. It must be an error. Could you please explain this?

The widget in Mijn NS that shows these season ticket costs is notoriously broken. It often shows incorrect amounts, especially after a change of season ticket. Ignore it, your invoices will be correct and you will not be charged this amount.
