Good morning dear NS,

I have an abondament between Amsterdam Zuid and Lelystad. In November there were two weeks when the trains were not running to Zuid so I had to go to Amsterdam Centraal station, and for this you charged me 30 euro extra. As being not my choice, but your option, I would like to get the difference back regarding your construction work. Can you help me with that?
