I bought a NS Flex, it should start at 13/3, I should receive card by post on 14/3, nothing received, but I received factuur already. Now I still cannot add card with Kaartnummer that is stated on the factuur.
What to do?
And, why cant we just send an email to costumers service, instead of having to log on to apps you barely use?
