i forgot to pay my monthly subscription card`s travels as I didnt see the email you sent. You always send the mails in dutch and I dont understand what you want from me. I want to pay the amount and use my card again.

Secondly, you can follow the instructions given in the emails and letters we send to still pay your bills if you have not done so yet. If there's anything you're not sure about with cases like these I'd recommend you contact our customer service for further aid.
