High invoice and change in subscription amount

I subscribe for NS flex, the one of 5 euros and now I received an email saying I have to pay 38 euros +, why is that?

The Dal Voordeel season ticket only entitles you to a 40% discount for off-peak journeys made by train. It does not give you a free travel period.

These journeys and any made by bus, tram or metro are billed to you on your monthly invoice.

    Voor elk probleem is er een oplossing.

    You can view your invoice in MijnNS on the website.

    Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
