My card is not in the NS app. One time I canceled a payment from my card as a monthly one. How to completely stop a subscription?

You can cancel the contract in your My NS-account on a internet page. But it is also possible to contact our customer service for this. If you want to cancel the entire contract, you also have to go to a ticket machine to deactivate the contract form your OV-chipcard.
