Hello, the old card was broken and no longer worked, so I got a new card. The number on this new card is different from the old one. 
I had a product that I was subscribing to from a broken card and would like to apply it to a newly received card. What should I do?

You should have replaced the card with your subscriptions included (for € 11,00) but contact NS Customer Service (phone, chat, social media) for help. Mention that your old card is broken (and blocked).
