Hi,

I have ordered ‘kids vrij’ subscription and a new ov-chipkaart for my kid.

After a week I received the new ov-chipkaart .

I linked the ov-chipkaart to my account. I only see ‘NS Flex Basis’ but not ‘kids vrij’ subscription for this ov-chipkaart. Why?

And after getting kids vrij subscription, how do we use it. Is it like regular check-in check-out or a different process for travel?

It seemed that you have ordered a chipcard with flex basis. Kidsvrij can only ordered on a chipkaart with ‘reizen op saldo’ after delevering from the chipcard.

You have to contact the customerservice by Phone, chat, X or Facebook.
