I am a student and I will stay in Nederlands for 3 months. I would like to pay for a NS Flex suscription but I can’t with my french bank account. I am a bit lost actually. What can I do ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a contract online with your French bank account. You first need an OV-chipcard. You can order one on www.ov-chipkaart.nl. When you received the card, you can contact our customer service to order a contract with your IBAN.
