After I login to NS, I go to products page and I can't see any prices near the subscription. When I click them to buy, I see below error. I can't add any subscription and my friends have the same problem too. Can you please help?Error message on the page:“We are unable to show the prices in the webshop.”

How unfortunate that you aren't able to order a subscription. There could be a problem with the page, but I don't have information on this right now. I would suggest to try another browser or device if possible. If this doesn't work, it's best to contact our customer service. We can check if your account is correctly set up in our system. If you already have a personal OV-chipcard, we can even order a subscription for you.
