Hello,
I have now had to pay twice an invoice of 0,40 and 0,90 euro even though I canceled my subscription on the 27th or 28th of October. I can also see on my NS page that I paid for November but haven’t received the money back, as I was told it would happen. I don’t live in the Netherlands anymore, I will not be using my OV-kaart any time soon. I, therefore, hope to get some clarity on this matter and get everything in order.
