Dear, I have already paid mijn factuur but I still receive the alert e-mails. Furthermore, each email I receive states a different concept-number for the payment!

Can I get some confirmation on the status of my payment or what is happening?

 

We cannot help you with this. Contact Customer Service. We do not have access to your data. Your payment needs to be at the bankaccount of NS. That is the proof of payment. You are only in trouble when your payment is more than a month overdue.
