I have stopped my abonnament and still getting charged

I have stopped my NS abonnament by phone back in Augst and now I see that I have a “last call” to pay the monthly abonnament that I have already stopped (38eur).

The factuurnumner is: *******

Please stop this. I do not have a job, I have stopped it for a reason. I am not using NS because I am not able to pay it nor afford it.

Please leave me alone.
