Good day. The amount that I have been invoiced for is more than my subscription fee + the bus trips that I took over the last month. Is there a way to check why I have been charged this amount?

Hi Ashbell,

Check the invoice for all details. You can find the invoice if you log on to My NS. The invoice should be under ‘My payments'.
