I have few concerns on the invoice sent to me for last month and I need it to be clarified. First I see 34€ charged for corrections and 20€ for not tapping in but there are no details about on which day I haven’t tapped it and 18€ for travel during peak and off peak hours. I have a valid monthly subscription to travel from Almere to Schiphol every day during peak hours so I don’t understand why close to 74€ are charged more. Can anyone explain it to me please
