kids abonement and money back

Hi!

I bought 2 ns personalized cards for my children 2 years ago, but I just found out that kids do not pay until the age of 11. I just added the kids abonnement, but how do I get the money back from the travels made with these cards so far? Thanks

There is no refund for travelling without kidsfree.

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
