Hello 16.47 euro were charged to me on 5th march 2023 on the name of klanten service. Can you please explain me what is it for?

It's probably a negative amount? Then it isn't charged, it is refunded. It's probably the balance you had on your OV-chipcard when switching to NS Flex.
