I have missed my monthly payment last month scheduled 19-04-2024 and was wondering if I could pay it now instead of paying double next month. I have not yet received an invoice for this month but it does state that May I will have to pay double the normal amount. I tried to make a payment without the debit order but without success, please advise me on how to proceed.

No I haven’t received anything yet and that is why I’m worrying about it, because in the meantime I don’t know if my ov card will work?
