My first invoice is missing

Hello Team,

Myself Rajesh Jha. I have purchased a plan NS Flex Traject Vrij for a fixed route and paid € 243.80. But the invoice for the same, I am not getting in my NS account under My payments section.

I need the first invoice to submit my office to reimburse.

Please help.
