I have a NS Flex Dal Voordeel on my OV- chipkaart. I want to subscript a NS Flex Weekend Vrij, and hope to use it on 13-05-2023. But when I choose ‘change subscription, it shows I can only change my subscription again starting 14-05-2023. So i have to wait till 14-05-2023?

You probably bought the Dal Voordeel-subscription on 14-04-2023. You need to wait at least a month before you can change it. You could try to contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter, to see if they're willing to change it earlier for you. Since it's an ‘upgrade', maybe they'll agree to this.
