I went away for a month, I got a bill from NS and tried to pay it. It said the link doesn't work anymore and now I cannot use the card as before. I have sent several emails asking for help with no response. Please help! I just want my normal travel card back. What should I do?

We sadly can't help you with payment issues here. If you've not gotten a new instruction on how to pay yet, I'd advise contacting our customer service for more information.
