hello,

today I’ve got an e-mail regarding to late payment and as a result my subscription got canceled. I don't know what is happening because around may 5th I was debited from my bank account.

what should I do now?

You should contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter. On this community travellers help each other and we have no access to customer data.

Maybe the late payment was from the previous invoice?
