My subscription cost has doubled for no apparent reason!

I’m subscribed for the NS Flex Dal Voordeel which should cost 5 euros. But for some reason my invoice states that my subscription cost will be 10 euros?!? (Note: This is WITHOUT the travel costs. I know the difference.)

 

PLEASE HELP!

Where did you see this cost of 10 euro? Is this in the actual invoice and is this deducted from you bank account of is it on the widget saying “Expenditure this period” with the on which your next invoice is expected? The widget is not always correct, after changing a Flex subscription this often (maybe always) shows a wrong amount and the actual invoice will be correct. After the next invoice the widget will show the correct amount. 

There have been many complaints about this widget showing the wrong amount for a subscription after a change.
