Last month, I canceled my current weekend discount subscription. I received an e-mail from NS confirming my subscription cancellation. But my subscription fee was deducted from my payment this month. So, even though I canceled the subscription and 1 month had passed, I paid the subscription fee again. Can you help with this?

If this is about Dal Voordeel with travel on balance, you need to remove the subscription from your card at a machine (station or supermarket of other service point). Until the, your subscription will continue.
If it is about NS Flex (travel on account), your subscription should show Flex Basis, with no costs except travel costs.
