We cannot help you as we do not have access to your data. Contact Customer Service. Maybe they will redirect you to OV-chipkaart.
IF you also ordered a new to start subscription on this card, then DO contact centre, as there is a way to compensate you for the days you could not use it-but only if you did tell them this before. The mail may also be slow, there is a 7-day term for a new card to be produced.
