I paid for the NS card for a subscription 2 weeks ago and I haven't received the card yet.

The subscription started the 26th of april. I cannot use that.

It should have been there by now. Contact Customer Service. You can make an arrangement that this overdue card does not cost you money.


The best is to contact customer service. They can also advise what to do if you want to travel now.
