I just changed my subscription from NS Flex to NS weekendvrij, however I still haven’t received the confirmation email yet.

I have to travel tomorrow, is there a way or a code that I can temporarily use?

I have the same issue but there are technical problems since 2 pm today. Please contact NS customer service to receive coupon codes for free etickets.

I just received a confirmation by email so the issue should be solved.
