im trying to make abonnement for NS flex for 24.20€, but it says always my birthdate was not correct.. 

i really dont understand,

of course i wrote the right date of mine birthday..

 

can u please help me with it?

This is a common problem that occurs if your date of birth is for some reason missing from your account. It can be resolved by contacting customer service direcly and have them add the date of birth to your account.

Usually, contacting customer service directly is most easily done by phone, as they are available 24/7 at 030-751 51 55. You may also contact them by chat (click the link Chat with NS on this page) or by sending a message on Twitter or Facebook. Note that phone is fastest.
