Hi,

 

I have bought NS Flex Always Free for 353.8 euros and it is inclusive of below items.

  1. Unlimited travel during the weekend, € 34.95 per month
  2. Unlimited travel outside rush hour, € 85.00 per month
  3. Unlimited travel during rush hour, € 233.85 per month

But, the invoice which i received, doesn’t have mentioned unlimited travel during the weekend.

Please clarify it. The invoice is showing that i have paid only 318.85 euros. How is it possible? Please clarify it.

We are currently experiencing technical issues regarding the invoices. Because of this, the invoices aren't complete and some costs are missing. My colleagues are working on this issue as we speak and you will receive a new invoice today.
