Hello, I've gotten an NS Flex Dag Vordeel and activated the subscription on Mijn NS on 13 april 2023. However I noticed that since I activated this subscription I haven't benefited from the subscription 40% discount on any of the train trips I've been on. How can I fix this issue and is there a chance to recover my travel expenses for the period that I had the subscription activated?

Did you actived the subscription on your personal OV-chipcard? And did you check in and out with your personal chipcard?
