I’m still new in the Netherland and this will be the first time I’m going to buy the subscription. I’m not sure if I get this right. So for the NS Flex Dal Vrij, will I travel for free with €119.95 per month during off-peak hours and will have to pay full fare during rush hours?

By checking in during off peak hours you will travelling for free if you have dal free. By checking in during rush hours you will pay full fare. You will always pay full fare by travelling with bussen, tram or metro.
