NS flex subscription

Hello, recently I changed my subscription to NS flex Weekendvrij from Dal voordeel.

Dal voordeel cost 5.10 EUR and Weekendvrij cost 31.60 EUR per month.

But after I change my subscription to Weekendvrij I received an invoice with 36.70 EUR only for subscription.

I do not really understand how this amount of money is calculated. 

At the moment I change my subscription from Dal voordeel to Weekendvrij, I already paid for Dal voordeel for last month. But after I change my subscription NS again charge me for the Dal voordeel + Weekendvrij.

Does anyone know why do I get double charge for Dal voordeel?

I can't check the invoice for you, You can check the invoice yourself in your My NS-account. This could be the new contract costs for the NS Flex Weekend Vrij with some journeys you made last month. If you can't find the invoice in your My NS-account, please contact our customer service so they can have a look to this invoice.
