ns flex weekend vrij

Hi!

Ik heb vorige week Ns flex weekend abonnement gehad. Helaas vergeet ik %40 korting. Ik wil ook %40 korting(combinatie Ns weekend vrij + Ns dal voordeel) toevoegen. Hoe kan ik het doen?

Hoi zisuur,

Dit doe je door je abonnement te wijzigen naar hetzelfde abonnement, maar dan met de optie 40% daluren aangevinkt. Helaas kan dit officieel pas na een maand.

Je zou contact op kunnen nemen met de klanteNService per telefoon (030-7515155), chat, Facebook of Twitter. Wellicht kunnen zij een uitzondering op de maand voor je maken.

Andere optie is gebruik maken van je herroepingsrecht en vervolgens het abonnement opnieuw te bestellen. edit: Zie de opmerking van Robert B hieronder.

Herroepen zou ik niet doen als je al met je abonnement gereisd hebt, want dan moet je de reizen alsnog op voltarief betalen.

Via de Klantenservice de dalkorting laten toevoegen is geen probleem, maar natuurlijk niet met terugwerkende kracht.

Alles hier post ik op persoonlijke titel, ben geen NS medewerker.

Hello. When is it free for the public holiday for the Easter? does it include from only 9April? or from7-10April?

I've taken the Weekend Vrij subscription without the 40% off-peak discout option. Can somebody please tell me What discounts does this subscription will provide the people (with NS cards but no subscriptions) accompanying me over the weekend?

Hi Swapnil N,

In off-peak hours and in weekends, three people travelling with you get 40% discount. That's right, even if you don't get the discount yourself (on weekdays), your fellow travellers can get discount.

If you have an NS season ticket (with the exception of NS Flex Basis and Kids Vrij), then you can travel with up to 3 companions during off-peak hours. You can also transfer the discount to someone else if you do not enjoy a discount during off-peak hours (NS Flex Weekend Vrij and NS Flex Weekend Voordeel).
