I signed up for a 40% discount at weekends for €2 per month and added my OV chipkart to my My NS account but the discount is not working and I am being charged the full price at weekends. I have been charged the subscription fee for the month and the subscription is active on my account. Does anyone know what else I need to do to activate it or why it is not working?

Did you already have NS Flex before changing to Weekend Voordeel (40% discount at weekends) of are you new to NS Flex and you before you had Reizen op Saldo (with money loaded on your OV-chipcard? If you are new to Flex you need to confirm the change to NS Flex on a machine to add NS Flex to you card. Only after confirming the change to Flex it will work.
