Hi, I received my OV chipcard and I have travelled with it. I have an NS account, but I cannot upload and link my OV chipcard on the NS website. I am also stuck in a loop with ordering free travelling cards for my kids. I think it is because my OV chipcard is not uploaded. I get a message that it cannot be done.

I want to ask you to contact our customer service by phone, chat, Facebook or Twitter.Then we can look with you to see where the pairing goes wrong. It's probably related to each other which is why ordering the Kids Vrij subscriptions fails.
