I have my automatic deduction of my NS monthly bills every month around the 20th each month. I find it not so convenient to have this quite large payment at the end of each month just before salary - would it be possible to change this monthly payment to after the 25th each month instead? This would help me get a way better overview of my monthly costs.

The money is debited on the day that you started the subscription. This cannot be changed. The only option is to cancel your subscription, and start a new subscription on the 25th of the month.
If you have an NS Flex subscription, you’ll have to cancel the entire NS Flex subscription. Otherwise, you’ll still have to pay on the 20th.

That's not entirely correct. The day the money is debited depends on that day, but the actual withdrawal takes place a few days after you’ve received the invoice, which in turn is one day after the day the subscription started.
