I have a question about my payment.
I got a invoice for payment in March but The money didn't go out on that day.

can you please check this problem?

The (direct debit/incasso) date mentioned on the invoice itself is approximate.

Because of the Easter weekend, it will probably happen tomorrow or later this week.

If a direct debit fails for whatever reason, you will receive a reminder by e-mail. Just wait a few days.
