Payment done but not taken into account

Hello everybody, 

 

I have an important problem which is the following:

I keep getting asked paying NS because my Revolut blocked as having not enough money on it. Then I put some back on it an paid NS but it was not taken into account. I paid the 76 I owed and since then NS asks for 78 (for being late I suppose) but I already paid in time!
