I have a NS personal card for travelling. But I don't have a current prescription.

On the beginning of this month I got an invoice. And today I had an opportunity to pay via bank transfer.

How can you see my payment?

In my NS app nothing change. It showas I still need to pay.

Great that you transferred the money in order to pay your invoice. It can take up to 3 days for a payment to be processed in our system. Once we did that, the status of your invoice will be updated in your Mijn NS account. If you're unsure about the correct arrival of your payment, you may always contact our Customer Service. I would advise to contact by Friday, since there's a good chance that we're still processing your payment.
