Hallo! I am being charged for two subscriptions during the year (Weekend Frij en NS Flex Dal Voordeel), but it turns out that only the last one is marked in the system and works. There can be only one subscription on an OV-chipcard. With two subscriptions you must also have 2 OV-chipcards. It could be that the other card is already expired but you never cancelled the subscription. Check your invoices in your MijnNS account to see the cardnumber. If the Weekend Vrij subscription is on an expired card, contact the NS customer service to cancel this subscription.

Did you check your invoices in your MijnNS account? On the invoice you can see on which OV-chipcard nummer the subscription is placed. Is that number the same for both subscriptions or is this different?
Either way, same number or different number, contact customer service to check this out and to have the Weekend Vrij subscription cancelled, this cannot be done here on this community.
NS weekend free costs €34.95 per month. When ordering weekend free, you will be asked if you want to receive a 40% discount in off-peak hours for an additional €3.40.
That is exactly the same as weekend free and off-peak advantage.
I called the support service, the problem is that in Mijn NS there is only one subscription indicated and in the system too. And they see the payment just for NS Flex, not for Weekend Frij. And I can’t proof by phone that the subscription fee is still debited from my bank account. So they advised to text here
They probably advised to use the chat so you can attach a screenprint. This is not the chat but the NS community where other customers can answer all kinds of questions, but we cannot answer questions that needs personal data, you need the customer service for that.
Again, did you check to see what OV-chipcard number is on the invoices of the Weekend Vrij subscription? If that is not the same number as the card you are using that is relevant information for the customer service.
Did you perhaps have a Weekend Vrij on saldo in the past which you changed to Flex Dal Voordeel but did not collect at a machine in time? This must be done within one month. If done after this month, the old Weekend Vrij on saldo is not removed from the card and you continue to pay for it.
And how long are you being invoiced for 2 subscriptions? Did this start recently or is this already for a long time, like years?
