to whom it may concern,

 

I have recieved an email that my card ahs been terminated due to delayed payment. As I am not in Netherlands I have not used it since end of janaury but 
I have been charged for it. anyway I paid 3.54 euro as it was mentioned in email but in my NS account showes that I have to pay 5 Euro and there is not any payment option.

I would be appriciated if you help me in this regard.
