Hello, I had a late payment on my subscription with NS when I contacted the customer service, they told me that I had 8 more days before it was sent to a collection agency, today I made the payment and I received an email that they canceled my subscription and it will be sent to a collection agency is it possible that we can return the money you send? since they are 202 euros and I am very worried

I am sorry to read that your contract got cancelled. When your contract got cancelled during the month you paid, you will get a refund for the contract costs. Please contact our customer service so they can check your payment and this refund.
