Hi This is my first time to use off-peak 40% discount. I have NS Flex Dal Voordeel.

As I know, 9am-4pm is off-peak hour.

I took train twice today, and I did check-in within 9am-4pm on Friday as below.

But the travel history says that it is regular time, and they didn’t give me any 40% discount.

Is this right? In this case, isn’t the time off-peak hours?

Do you think there was errors?

 

Like Mr Freeze says, check the email and the ticket machine. 

But also call customer service and explain the situation and ask for a refund. If you don't try it will always be a no.

You probably did not pick up the subscription at a ticket machine. It says you're still travelling with balance (Reizen op Saldo). If this is your first Flex-subscription you need to activate it at a ticket machine. You should have received an e-mail with this information.
