I change my subscription.. then I got a mail that I got refund of 80.71 euro till 28 november but still not get any amount.

The mail says that the amount will be transferred around 28 November. It's not uncommon for it to be some days later, especially if those days include a weekend. I expect you will have your money in a few days from now.


I never received my card, even though I confirmed with OV that my address had been correct. I was told over the chat that I could get a discount for my future travels even if I do not have my card yet SINCE I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT FOR TICKETS FOR MONTHS AND MY SUBSCRIPTION FEE. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do to give me a discount for my travels and got hung up on when I asked for the name of the person helping me. 


Hi Mikaela M, welcome to our NS Community. I'm sorry that my colleague wasn't able to help you. Please save all your tickets if that's what you have, so you can get a refund for the missed discount. When did you order the OV-chipcard? And did you check with NS ánd OV-chipcard themselves?
