I want to apply for the ovchip card and seasonal ticket for the month of August. On the websote it says that the seasonal ticket is cancellable after the 1st month. Is it possible to cancel at end of the same month (I need to use the seasonal ticket only for 1 month) or do I have to pay for the second month as well? Thank you i

If you cancel it right after the first month, you will not be billed for the second month.
Note that after the first month you can cancel it at any time; you have to pay for every new month in advance, but will be reimbursed if you cancel it during the month. So you could also get a subscription from 1 August up to and including 3 September, for example, and in the end you will be charged for the entire month of August and the first three days of September.
Also, subscriptions don’t have to start the first day of the month. You can also have a subscription from 29 July up to and including 28 August, for example.
