I have an ns subscription but the NS does not debit the fees automatically from my account, sometimes i suffer fines for delay in payments. I don’t really know how to overcome this situation.

For example this month, i received an email saying that around day 7/03/2024 they will deduct money from my account, but still nothing happens. Am afraid that tomorrow they bring a letter with fines because of delay in paymnet

You don't have to worry that we will give you a fine. We send a total of 3 reminders before the invoice will be forwarded to a collection agency. If we indicate that we will collect today, I think this will still happen.


The given date for automatic debit (incasso) varies a little. If not tomorrow, it will be Monday.

If automatic debit fails (for whatever reason), you will get a reminder by e-mail to pay manually (or through a button in the e-mail). No worries.
