I have tried to add an OV kids free subscription to my daughters OV chip kaart. I can go through the flow do the subscription but when I get to the pay with ideal and select my website, a spinner appears and it goes back to the site and appears as in the screenshot.

How annoying that this doesn't work for you. Sometimes it helps to delete the cookie settings for our website or to try ordering with another device. If all of this doesn't work, I would advise you to contact my colleagues of the NS Customer Service. They should be able to help you through the order process.
